🔥WECARE 45 is looking for Vietnamese volunteers to do the project about the cultural exchange and community service through learning journeys, contribution at Binh Phuoc C Primary school and 2 charity houses in Binh Phuoc commune, Vinh Long Province with YMCA of Greater Houston . 

👋 Skills & Qualities:

• Passion for community service and working with children;
• Full commitment to the project and active participation;
• Enthusiasm for cultural learning and exchange;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability;
• Good command of spoken English (MC skill is an advantage);
• Physical fitness for outdoor work.
• Tour guide experience is an advantage.

👋 Responsibilities:

• Support the leader with program tasks (meals, accommodations, logistics, and media);
• Organize activities to introduce Vietnam and our culture to international friends;
• Participate in supporting the delegation during the project. (100% present in the group);
• Support the project objectives promptly and provide additional help as needed;
• Participate in daily reflections to improve teamwork and address challenges;
• Provide other forms of support if needed.
