🔥WECARE 31 is looking for Vietnamese volunteers to do the project about the cultural exchange and community service through learning journeys, contribution at Tan Phu Tay Primary school in Ben Tre with YMCA of Greater Houston . 

👋 Skills & Qualities:

• Passion for community service and working with children;
• Full commitment to the project and active participation;
• Enthusiasm for cultural learning and exchange;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability;
• Good command of spoken English (MC skill is an advantage);
• Physical fitness for outdoor work.

👋 Responsibilities:

• Support the leader with program tasks (meals, accommodations, logistics, and media);
• Organize activities to introduce Vietnam and our culture to international friends;
• Participate in supporting the delegation during the project. (100% present in the group);
• Support the project objectives promptly and provide additional help as needed;
• Participate in daily reflections to improve teamwork and address challenges;
• Provide other forms of support if needed.
