WECARE 30 NP TUYỂN TÌNH NGUYỆN VIÊN

🔥WECARE 30 is looking for Vietnamese volunteers to join a community service and cultural exchange program in Ben Tre Province. Partnering with the Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) Singapore, we support Phu Duc Primary School, an underserved community. Volunteers will translate teaching sessions from English to Vietnamese and join hands in repairing the schoolyard for students while promoting Vietnamese culture and building connections with Singapore friends. As part of the program, participants will also have the chance to learn about Mekong Quilts—a social enterprise making a positive impact in Vietnam; to meet dynamic students from the National University; and to visit the Singapore Embassy, enriching cross-border friendships and knowledge.

• Passion for community service and working with children
• Full commitment to the project and active participation
• Enthusiasm for cultural learning and exchange
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability
• Good command of spoken English (MC skill is an advantage)
• Physical fitness for outdoor work

👋 Responsibilities:

• Support the leader with program tasks (meals, accommodations, logistics, and media).
• Organize activities to introduce Vietnam and our culture to international friends.
• Assist the Singapore team in conducting meaningful, culturally aligned activities
• Support the project objectives promptly and provide additional help as needed.
• Participate in daily reflections to improve teamwork and address challenges.
