WECARE 27 YEP PHOWARD TUYỂN TÌNH NGUYỆN VIÊN

🔥WECARE 27 – YEP Phoward Project is looking for Vietnamese volunteers to join a meaningful service-learning and cultural exchange program in Bến Tre Province. In collaboration with Admiralty Youth Network (AYN) Singapore, we aim to support the Phu Son Primary School community through hands-on service activities. Volunteers will engage in English teaching, infrastructure development, and cultural exchange activities with Singaporean youth. Participants will also have the chance to attend Networking Workshops as part of the program, connecting with international universities and enterprises from Vietnam and Singapore, enriching friendships and connections across the region.

👋 Skills & Qualities:

• Passion for working with children and community service
• Enthusiasm for cultural learning and exchange
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability
• Physical fitness for outdoor work
• Good command of spoken English (MC skill is an advantage)
• Full commitment to the project and active participation

👋 Responsibilities:

• Support leaders in coordinating tasks; prepare meals, accommodations, travel, and logistics for the delegation;
• Proposing and organizing activities to introduce Vietnamese culture (language, traditional games, historical places, etc.) to international friends.
• Facilitate communication between Singaporeans and Vietnamese, ensuring mutual understanding during activities.
• Assisting Singaporean students to implement impactful activities aligned with the interests and feedback of primary school students.
• Participating in daily reflections to enhance teamwork, address challenges, and maintain a mutual learning and process-oriented project environment.
• Assisting Singaporean students in timely construction project completion and providing other forms of support if needed.
