WECARE 24 MỞ ĐƠN TUYỂN TÌNH NGUYỆN VIÊN

🔥WECARE 24 is looking for Vietnamese volunteers to join a community service and cultural exchange program in Ben Tre Province. Partnering with the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Singapore, we’ll work together to support Phuoc Ngai Primary School, an underserved community. Volunteers will engage in English teaching activities and infrastructure development while fostering cross-cultural learning and connections with Singaporean students.

👋 Responsibilities:

• Support leaders in coordinating tasks; prepare meals, accommodations, travel, and logistics for the delegation;
• Proposing and organizing activities to introduce Vietnamese culture (language, traditional games, historical places, etc.) to international friends.
• Facilitate communication between Singaporeans and Vietnamese, ensuring mutual understanding during activities.
• Assisting Singaporean students to design and implement impactful activities aligned with their interests and feedback.
• Participating in nightly reflections to enhance teamwork, address challenges, and maintain a positive project environment.
• Assisting Singaporean students in timely construction project completion and providing other forms of support if needed.
