KẾ TOÁN TỔNG HỢP

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Làm các công việc liên quan đến kế toán, sổ sách, thống kê lợi nhuận, tổng hợp chi phí, v.v… (Hiện tại tổng các hoá đơn ra vào không hơn 50 hoá đơn).
  • Khai báo thuế quý, năm. Làm việc trực tiếp với chi cục thuế hoặc chính quyền, sở đầu tư nếu họ yêu cầu.
  • Chuẩn bị các báo cáo cho quản lý và giám đốc khi được yêu cầu.
  • Các công việc khác liên quan đến kế toán.

    YÊU CẦU
  • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm kế toán tổng hợp.
  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kế toán kiểm toán hoặc tài chính.
  • Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao. Chủ động trong công việc, không đợi nhắc nhở.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm kế toán ở các công ty xã hội hoặc công ty dịch vụ du lịch.
  • Có khả năng theo dõi, kiểm soát chi phí và lên báo cáo tổng hợp thu chi theo từng dự án.
  • Am hiểu về chế độ BHXH, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp, lao động, tiền lương.
  • Có kinh nghiệm kê khai thuế, quản trị rủi ro về thuế cho công ty dịch vụ du lịch hoặc công ty xã hội.

GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Doing work related to accounting, bookkeeping, profit statistics, summarizing costs, etc. (Currently, the total number of incoming and outgoing invoices is not more than 50 invoices).
  • Quarterly and annual tax declaration. Work directly with the tax department or government or investment department if they request.
  • Prepare reports for managers and directors when required.
  • Other jobs related to accounting.

REQUIREMENTS

We expect from you…

  • At least 3 years experience as a general accountant.
  • Graduated from university majoring in accounting, auditing or finance.
  • Have a high sense of responsibility. Be proactive in work, don’t wait for reminders.
  • Experience as an accountant in social companies or travel service companies.
  • Ability to monitor, control costs and make aggregated reports on revenue and expenditure for each project.
  • Understanding of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, labour, and wages.
  • Experience in tax declaration and tax risk management for tourism service companies or social companies.
